Vickie L. McDonald, 67, of Medicine Lodge, KS, died Tuesday, November 10, 2020. She was born on June 19, 1953 in Hardtner, Kansas, the daughter of Norman Long and Doris (Griem) Long. On September 30, 1972 she married Robert “Bob” McDonald. He survives. Vickie was a homemaker and co-owner of Bob’s Roustabout. She was a member of the First Christian Church, Medicine Lodge, KS. Surviving in addition to her husband, Bob McDonald are two sons, Jon (Angela) McDonald and Luke McDonald, all of Medicine Lodge, KS; one daughter, Lynda McDonald of Medicine Lodge, KS; Eight grandchildren, Dylan, Evan, Haedan, and Nathan McDonald, Cassidy and Daxton Brown, and Sierra and Adler McDonald; Three great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Caroline, and Cayne McDonald; one brother, Jim Long of Tulsa, OK; Vickie was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Doris Long and by two brothers, Grant and George Long. Visitation will be on Friday, November 13, 2020 from 1:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m., with family receiving friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104 Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at the Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge, KS with Pastor Tom Walters officiating.
