Terry Dale Smith, 68, of Attica, KS died Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Patterson Health Center, Anthony, KS. He was born on December 21, 1951 in Lamar, Colorado, the son of Eldon Scott Smith and Fern Viola (Thom) Smith Ross. Terry was a supervisor in the oil fields and attended the United Methodist Church, Medicine Lodge, KS. Surviving are two sons, Jason Smith and wife Chance Smith of Attica, KS and Jerrod Smith and wife Sandra Smith of North Richland Hills, TX; one daughter, Jennifer Smith and husband Chris Hill of Mansfield, TX; Twelve grandchildren, Timothy, Charlize, Ashlyn, Jake, Caylan, Dawson, Lacy, Aubrey, Ayden, Levi, Avery and Nolan; one brother, Rod Smith; one sister, Sandy Diviney of Crestview, FL; Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Terry was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, Jerry Smith, and his step-father, Frank Ross. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, Medicine Lodge, KS with Pastor Tom Walters officiating.
