Pratt, KS~ Patricia Joan Thome, 72, died Monday, July 18, 2011 at her home in Pratt, Kansas. She was born December 4, 1938 in Salina, Kansas the daughter of Oliver and Edith (Bruce) Holmes. She retired from Wal-Mart after 21 years of service. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Pratt Senior Center, Order of the Eastern Star, and Christian Food Bank. On May 17, 1957 she married Raymond James Thome at Salina, KS. He survives. Other survivors include a son Michael (Pam) Thome, Weston, MO; a daughter Kelly Bentley, Pratt, KS; a brother, B. Michael (Marilyn) Holmes, Oklahoma City, OK; two grandchildren, Rebecca (Trace) Stone, and Brandon Bentley, and three Great-Grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor and Jason Stone. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother Terry Holmes. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 20, 2011 and Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt, KS 67124 Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 22, 2011 at First United Methodist Church. Dr. Dan Ferguson will be officiating. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt, KS.
