Mary Ann Rojas

January 18, 1943 - July 12, 2015

Mary Ann Rojas, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend went to meet her Divine Savior July 12, 2015. She was born January 18, 1943 in Pratt to Rueben and Mary (Long) Murray. On December 2, 1958 she married Amilio Rojas at Alva, OK. He survives. Mary was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Pratt. She was an avid crocheter of dog blankets for the Pratt Area Humane Society. She is survived by her husband Amilio, three daughters, Teresa (Mike) Clayton of Dodge City, KS, Tonya Michael of Hutchinson, KS, Anita Rojas (Ramon Tapia) of Pratt, a son, Amilio Rojas Jr. of Southern California, four grandchildren, Angie (Greg) Shaw of Lee Summit, MO, Melanie Michael and Christopher Michael both of Hutchinson, KS, Jessica Perez of Raleigh, North Carolina, eleven great grandchildren, MaKayla, Teresa, Triana, Taiya, Jackson, Brooklynn, Mikie, Kylan, LJ, Xavian and Noah, a sister, Melvin White of Hutchinson and a brother, James Murray of Louisiana. Visitation will be Tuesday 1 – 8 pm and Wednesday 9 am – 5 pm at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt, KS. Vigil and Rosary will be Wednesday, July 15 at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Pratt, KS. Mass of Christian Burial will be Thursday, July 16 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Floyd McKinney presiding. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Pratt, KS. Memorials may be made to the Pratt Area Humane Society in care of Larrison Mortuary.
