Lewis Roger Culver

CULLISON – Lewis Roger Culver, 66, died Saturday, April 25, 2015 at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas. He was born September 12, 1948 in Pratt, Kansas the son of Elwood and Reatha (Tatro) Culver. On October 27, 1966 he married Gwen (Hoff) at Great Bend, KS. She survives. He is survived by his wife Gwen, his mother, Reatha Clark of Pratt, four daughters, Reatha (John) Jones of Pratt, Shawntel, Reatha, Vada, and Caitlin Culver of the home in Cullison, a sister, Carlotta Liska, step sisters, Janet and Tresa, half sister, Elisha Culver, grandchildren, Gwen (Danny) Gimple, Elizabeth Jones, Lewis Jones, brother-in-law, Lyle Hoff of Cullison, a sister-in-law, Janet (Waylon) Lindsy of Texarkana, several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and extended family in the area. He was preceded in death by his father, Elwood Culver, son, Roger Blaine Culver, sister, Marsha Ford, grandson Skylar Jones, and a step sister, Becky. No visitation as cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Larrison Mortuary, Pratt with John Hamm presiding. Memorials may be made to South Wind Hospice in care of Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Road, Pratt, KS.
