Leslie H. Oldham of Medicine Lodge, KS died Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at his residence with his wife and son by his side. He was born on July 8, 1939 in Wellington, TX the son of William “Bill” Oldham and Lenora (Wilson) Oldham. On April 12, 1963 he married Carolyn R. (Pullum) in Amarillo, TX. She survives. Leslie graduated from Samnorwood High School in Samnorwood, TX and received his Bachelor’s Degree from West Texas State University in Canyon, TX. He was an Gas Well Tester in the Oil Field Industry and after retiring he started Oldham Petroleum. Surviving are his wife, Carolyn Oldham; one son, Zachary (Betty) Oldham of Medicine Lodge, KS; seven grandchildren Mariah Schiff, Devon Schiff, Mackenzie Schiff, Spencer Oldham, Seth Oldham, Shelby Streck, and Raven Young.; 2 Great-Grandchildren; three brothers, Larry (Sandy) Oldham, Lonnie (Nancy) Oldham, and Don Oldham, all of Midland, TX; Leslie was preceded in death by his parents,a daughter, Valeria Schiff, and a brother, Wesley Hugh Oldham. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 1-8 p.m., with family present from 2-4 p.m. at Larrison Funeral Home, 120 E. Lincoln, Medicine Lodge, KS 67104. Graveside services will he held on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Highland Cemetery, Medicine Lodge, KS with Pastor Tom Walters officiating. Memorials may be made to Quarters For Canines in care of the funeral home.
