Pratt, KS Frank Marvin Winters Jr., died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at South Wind Hospice in Pratt, Kansas. He was born September 13, 1946 in Lake City, KS the son of Frank M. & Nora M. (Roots) Winters Sr. Frank was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He is survived by a son, John Winters of Wichita, KS, a daughter, Nasha Ottersberg of Durango, CO, four sisters, Nancy (Chuck) Swonger of Sawyer, KS, Betty Wilson of Edmond, OK, Pat Billings of Mustang, OK, Roberta (Leroy) Conaway of Medicine Lodge, KS, and a sister in law, Jackie Naasz of Spearville, KS. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, December 9, 2014 at Larrison Mortuary, 300 Country Club Rd., Pratt, Ks 67124. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Larrison Mortuary with Clint Tyler presiding. Burial will be in the Ellenwood Cemetery, Sawyer, KS, with military honors provided by the US Navy Honor Guard. Memorials may be made to South Wind Hospice in care of the mortuary.
